Our Story
Hi, my name is Morgan List. I am the owner and current sole operator of List Lawn & Landscape. I started this company in June of 2025 chasing a dream. I grew up with a father that operated his own landscape outfit, and I followed in his footsteps 20 years later. I enjoy what I do and couldn't imagine doing anything else for my career.
Our Services

Landscape: design, planting, mulching, and renovation
Maintenance: shrub trimming, deadheading, planting of annual plants, seasonal clean ups, and weed removal services
Lawn: mowing, thatching, and seasonal cleanup
